I took a little break from my CASE the Designer series for the last few posts.
That’s because I received some drop dead gorgeous papers that I just HAD to share with you!
In amongst those newbies was the Bee Mine Suite -coming in the brand new mini catalogue in January.
So….I decided to use the stamp, punch, paper and embellishments for my final CASE the designer card.
The more I’m working with this super cute suite -the more I’m falling in love with it.
And that’s rather ironic – as the suite is aimed at Valentines Day coming up next year.
I know!! I can hear you exclaiming -Bernie, it’s not even Christmas yet.
This is the ongoing challenge in the creative space.
We have to be waaaaaayyyy ahead of everyone with ideas -so that come the occasion-we can inspire you.
Anyway, back to the CASE the Designer card.
This beautiful card was made by Annelise -she is a dear friend of mine.
She knows I love pinks and most of the colours in the Subtles range.
And she loves the Scalloped Contors dies -so it was no surprise to see it featured in her card.
Well done Annelise -I love your card and all the thoughtfulness that went into making it for me.
My card is not from the Subtles range at all -it’s bright.
Which now that I’m typing this -is actually appropriate as Annelise loves brights.
Card requirements for my final CASE the Designer card
- Sweet Sorbet Cardstock -cardbase & punched hearts
- Basic White Cardstock – circle, sentiment & bee stamped
- Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock -small rectangle
- Lemon Lime Twist Ink – stems of flowers
- Sweet Sorbet Ink – flowers stamped and sentiment
- Petal Pink Inkpad – bee wings stamped
- Hive 3D embossing folder (retired)
- Scalloped Contours Die
- Bee Mine Suite – available for customers in January 2024
It’s different to the original in the colour scheme I used-but the layout is similar.
