Have your heard of Wordle? Did you know it was Google’s TOP search item for 2022!! I figured I needed to create a clean and simple card to celebrate this!
Have you tried a clean and simple card style before?
It can be super challenging if you’re like me and like to add a lot of stuff – stuff like embellishments, layers and many techniques.
But I was actually very satisfied with the end product of this card.
I also like how I could create this look using one die -the Alphabet a La Mode in the current mini catty.
But here’s another style card using two alphabet sets.
Which one is more your style?
If I am totally honest- the first card is really appealing to me.
It’s pretty easy to re-create.
Requirements for your card
- Basic white cardstock
- Black cardstock
- Alphabet die
- Black write marker
- Black embellishment(optional)
- Liquid glue
How to make your clean and simple card
- Cut the card to your size – I made mine 5″ x 10″ and scord at 5″
- Cut out your letters in black cardstock
- Adhere using liquid glue
- Lightly draw lines around the border of the card
- Draw a heart
- Adhere a black embellishment (optional)
And there you have a very easy, clean and simple card.
I am about to start card classes again AND I’m also super excited to be introducing online classes very soon!!
I will be posting details of my online classes on my blog page.
