It’s time for another Colour Inkspiration and this time I LOVE the colours!!
CK #149 is all about purple and blue -some of my fav colours!
So, let’s look at what we’re working with for this challenge.

The cherry blossoms and the night sky are just gorgeous!!
So, I decided for my CK #149 contribution I wanted to work with our Stampin’Up! write marker pens to re-create the feel of that water in the CK inspiration image.

I scribbled the Moody Mauve onto a clear acrylic block and then spritzed it with water.
Then I applied that to basic white cardstock and that created the background image.
The next step was to scribble Misty Moonlight and Fresh Freesia onto Vellum.
I then die cut the leaves using the Texture Floral dies.
I arranged them, used adhesive to keep them in place and then placed the stamped sentiment over them.
The sentiment came from the Textured Floral stampset.
Personally, I love the simplicity and elegance of this card.
Just for fun, I mixed up the combinations and made two other samples using the same technique.
So, for this card -you get to use your Stampin’Up write markers in two different ways.
I made a video to show you how easy it is to re-create this card -you can watch it here:
If you like what I create using these challenges, it would be awesome to have you join us for classes.
Check out the calendar to see when the next class is happening.
Happy crafting!
