If you’re like me and after a Christian Easter card -then you’re going to love this card design!
As a card maker, I love creating beautiful cards for my loved ones on special occasions like Easter.
This year, I decided to create a Christian Easter card using some of my favorite techniques.
Try heat embossing on your easter card
To start, I used a heat embossing technique to create a beautiful sentiment that reads “He is Risen” on the front of the card.
I used basic white embossing powder and heat embossed it onto a scrap of Night of Navy cardstock.
I then used my alcohol ink blending pens to color in the face of Jesus. Neutral blends of choice are best suited here.
I also coloured in the leaves of the palms with blends.

Next, I wanted to add a touch of texture to the card, so I used some twine to create a bow around the bottom half of the card. This gave it a nice finishing touch and added a little bit of extra dimension.
Overall, I am really happy with how this card turned out.
It’s a simple yet beautiful way to celebrate the meaning of Easter. If you’re looking to create your own Christian Easter card this year, I highly recommend trying out some heat embossing and alcohol ink blending techniques.
And don’t be afraid to add a little bit of texture and dimension with some twine or other embellishments.
Your loved ones are sure to appreciate the thought and effort you put into creating a beautiful card for them on this special holiday.
